Warren & Dan recently invited All-Star Yankees Outfielding Slugger Bernie Williams to the sports show, and you can check it out below:

Bernie Williams is a 5-time All-Star Major League Baseball Player, who spent all of 16 seasons in the Major Leagues with the New York Yankees.  He was well known for his combination of defensive prowess and slugging ability.  He won four consecutive Gold Glove awards (1997 - 2000) while playing centerfield for the Yankees.

In 1996, he won the Most Valuable Player award for the American League Championship Series, en route to helping the Yanks win the 1996 World Series.  He was the 1998 American League batting champion, with a .339 average, on the way to winning his 2nd World Series that season.  Bernie finished with a total of 4 World Series Championship rings, also having been a part of the 1999 and 2000 championship Yankee teams.

Known for his consistency and post-season heroics, Williams is one of the most beloved Yankees of all time and his number, 51, was retired by the Yankees in May 2015.

Williams is also a classically trained guitarist. Following his absence from baseball, he has released two jazz albums. He was nominated for a Latin Grammy in 2009.
